These acts create moments of peace and help transform grief into a celebration of love and life. Through this journey, I’ve learned patience and self-compassion are crucial. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means learning to live with loss while carrying the love and memories forward. For anyone facing this profound pain, remember it’s okay to seek help and take one day at a time. You are not alone, and in time, there can be moments of light even through the darkest grief.
