i am a child of a west African immigrant so im spiritual and Very pro holistic medicine If they're affective
the chlorophyll thing i was told was pointless and silly and while i want to try chaga mushroom drinks they all have caffeine and that chemical gives me panic attacks but i watched a video recently of a smoothie bowl company that had bee pollen as a topping so has anyone ever actually taken a control personal study on whether or not it does anything?
