Workouts I completed this Week
This week, I worked out 5 out of the seven days ! On Sunday, I burned 815 calories on the treadmill, did five sets of 60 pounds calf raises, and completed 5 sets of 50 pounds on the hips machine. Tuesday, I climbed 2026 stairs, 60 pounds of 5 sets of the chest press machine, and 30 pounds of 10 s
