I followed the process of preheating the oven to 350°F, spreading out the crescent rolls, and glazing them with butter before sprinkling the cinnamon sugar mixture. The combination of the melted butter and cinnamon sugar creates a lovely caramelized crust. Adding chocolate chips and diced strawberries inside each roll provides a refreshing balance of sweetness and tang. Rolling the croissants tightly but gently is important to make sure the filling stays inside. After an initial brush of butter on top, baking them for about 10 minutes in the lower oven gave me golden, flaky pastries with a tender interior. For the finishing touch, drizzling extra melted chocolate over the baked croissants elevates the presentation and flavor. These stuffed croissants are so versatile—you can swap strawberries for raspberries or add a pinch of cinnamon powder to the chocolate chips for an extra warm flavor.
