A bite of blue cheese HEAVEN 🤩💙🧀

These blue cheese stuffed dates look really fancy but are SO easy to make! They are sweet, rich, decadent and the perfect appetizer to serve up for the holidays 😍

Depending on what type of blue cheese lover you are I have TWO fabulous options to stuff your dates with 🧀 If you prefer a mild creamy blue go with Cambozola Classic. If you prefer a rich bolder blue then go with Cambozola Black Label! Both go beautifully with the sweetness of those warm baked dates @ThisisFineCheese🧀

What you’ll need:

🧀 Pitted dates

🧀 Cambozola Classic or Cambozola Black Label blue cheese

🧀 walnuts

🧀 honey

🧀 fresh rosemary or thyme (garnish)

Heat oven to 375 F. Open and lay out your dates on a baking sheet or in a pie dish. Stuff each one with a small piece of blue cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes (when the blue cheese is melty). While they bake, mix together crushed walnuts, honey and fresh rosemary. Out of the oven, top each date with some of that walnut mixture and ENJOY!
