All you need is 4 ingredients to make this oozy brie cheese wrapped up in a crispy, flaky puff pastry shell 😍🤤🧀 comfort food at its finest!!!

This baked brie is made for those who love a sweet & savory bite!!!

What you’ll need:

🧀 brie cheese wheel

🧀 puff pastry sheet

🧀 prosciutto

🧀 fig jam

🧀 one egg (egg wash)

🧀 fresh thyme (optional)

Heat your oven to 400. Place your puff pastry sheet on a sheet pan and add three slices of prosciutto in the middle. Add the brie cheese wheel in the middle of the prosciutto and score the top of it. Add fig jam on top & wrap your brie in the prosciutto and add an extra slice on top of the fig jam to hold it all together. Wrap like a cheese present and add egg wash to the outside of the puff pastry to make it crispy in the oven. Serve with crackers or a baguette and enjoy warm 🧀
