The one pan pasta you will make on repeat 🍅🧀🔁

My favorite quick and easy meal is made all in one dish with roasted tomatoes, topped with crispy prosciutto and layered with Creamy Havarti cheese 😍 This is the kind of meal that the whole family will enjoy!

What you’ll need:

🧀 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni or fusilli work best)

🧀 12oz Castello Creamy Havarti Cheese (1 1/2 blocks)

🧀 3 cups of cherry tomatoes

🧀 3-4 cloves or garlic

🧀 1/2 tsp salt

🧀 1/2 tsp pepper

🧀 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

🧀 1/3 cup pasta water

🧀 3-4 slices of prosciutto

🧀 fresh basil (garnish)

In a 9 x13 baking dish, add cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, seasonings and a block of Castello Creamy Havarti (cut in half) at 400°F for 30 min. While it bakes add your prosciutto on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook that for 10 minutes to make crispy prosciutto. Cook your pasta. Mix baked tomatoes and cheese into a creamy sauce, toss with cooked pasta and pasta water. Add on top 3/4 cup shredded Castello Creamy Havarti and bake for 2-3 minutes until melted. Top with crispy prosciutto and basil and enjoy!
