What you’ll need:
🥞 2 cups of Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
🥞 1 1/3 cups water
🥞 1 cup shredded havarti, cheddar or mozzarella cheese
🥞 3/4 cup chopped salami
🥞 3 tbsp chopped chives
🥞 4 oz sliced mozzarella (optional to add in between the pancake batter for an iconic cheese pull)
🥞 3 oz prosciutto (you can add into the batter or crisp in the oven to add on top of your pancakes)
🥞 2 tbsp butter
🥞 hot honey (optional garnish)
Mix together your pancake batter and then fold in shredded cheese, salami, chives & mix until well combined. Butter a pan on medium heat and pour some of the batter then add a slice of mozzarella topped with a bit of batter. Cook one side until you see bubbles, flip & enjoy!
