My healing didn’t start until I surrendered

God sees you in the quiet moments no one else knows about.

He sees the tears you wipe away.

He hears the prayers you whisper and the ones you cry out when you’re exhausted and overwhelmed.

Sometimes the reason healing feels delayed isn’t because God isn’t working it’s because there are still things we’re holding onto that He’s been asking us to hand over.

So I want to ask you something gently:

What is sitting in your heart that you haven’t released yet?

It might be disappointment.

It might be anger you learned to live with.

It might be wounds from the past that keep resurfacing every time you try to move forward.

And when you’re married, those unresolved wounds can show up every time you look at your spouse.

You want closeness, but the memories stand in the way.

You want to trust, but fear keeps reminding you of what hurt before.

Here’s what changed everything for me and what I believe can help you too:

Stop making your spouse the starting point.

Instead, make God your starting place.

... Read moreHealing is often a journey that requires patience and a willingness to let go truly. Many people find themselves stuck because they hold onto past disappointments, anger, or pain that haven't been fully released. These unresolved feelings can surface repeatedly, especially in close relationships like marriage, where trust and closeness are deeply affected. The key to starting this healing process lies in surrendering these burdens to a higher power. When you let God heal your heart, you acknowledge that some wounds are beyond your strength to heal alone, and you invite divine peace and restoration. This act of surrender can open your heart to forgiveness, renewed trust, and emotional freedom. In practical terms, letting God heal your wounds involves prayer, reflection, and often seeking support from a faith community or trusted counselors who understand the power of spiritual healing. It means shifting the focus from the pain inflicted by others to the healing that God provides. This perspective also changes how you interact with your spouse. Instead of placing the burden of your healing on them, you allow God to be the foundation of your restoration. This shift can reduce fear and resentment, fostering a healthier and more loving relationship rooted in grace. Remember, healing does not mean forgetting or dismissing your experiences. It's about releasing the hold those experiences have on your present life. Trusting God with your pain and struggles can bring transformation that naturally extends to how you love, trust, and connect with your spouse and others. Embrace the journey of healing by surrendering to God, and watch how peace begins to replace pain, and freedom replaces fear.

When I was so use to controlling everything and it finally did not go my way . Nothing was going my way and I was at a stand still and at my lowest . I was so angry and depressed . When I finally gave up and said I’m leaving it in God hands and I’m done trying to controle everything . My life litterally went into a 360 and he changed everything so peaceful ☺️ ❤️
