Another powerful aspect of healing is celebrating small wins, whether it’s completing a workout, taking a few quiet moments for self-reflection, or learning something new. These small achievements build momentum and motivation to keep growing. On days when motivation waned, focusing on positive self-talk and avoiding negative influences helped me regain balance.
