Tiramisu

5 Egg Yokes - add 2 Tbsp Sugar and whip 3 to 4 minutes with a mixer

5 Egg White - add 2 Tbsp Sugar and whip 3 to 4 minutes with a mixer

Once each mixture is whipped then add 8 oz Mascarpone into mixture of each until combined.

Dip lady fingers in coffee or expresso that’s been cooled completely for 3 seconds

Lay them out in your pan and then coat with Egg Yoke mixture and then using a spatula level it out and top with a generous portion of cocoa powder and shaved chocolate

Then another layer of Lady fingers dipped in Coffee for 3 seconds and pour the egg white mixture over lady fingers and repeat process

Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours before serving
