I prefer ground pork but you can use ground beef, shredded chicken, ground turkey and grounded shrimp. I get the wrappers at a local Asian store. I have yet to find the wrappers at a regular store but you can check Walmart because I saw some Filipino frozen delicacies last I visited. For dipping,
