Zucchini rolls up 🥒💕

- environ 6-7 zucchinis

- Huile d’olive

- Sel + poivre + origan séchée

- 1 pot de sauce marinara

- Fromage mozzarella

- Fromage parmesan

Pour la farce

- 1 pot de fromage cottage

- 1 tasse de fromage ricotta

- 1/4 de tasse de pesto

- 3/4 de tasse de parmesan frais râpé

- 1 œuf

- 1 cuillère à soupe de sel

- Poivre au goût

1. Découper les courgettes à la mandoline (pas trop mince et pas trop épaisse sinon vous allez avoir de la misère à les rouler)

2. Assaisonner d’huile d’olive, sel, poivre et origan sécher. Cuire au four sur une plaque à cuisson 15 minutes à 425 pour les ramollir

3. Ajouter ensuite la farce sur chaque courgette refroidi et rouler.

4. Déposer la sauce tomate dans un plat. Ajouter les petits rouleau de courgettes. Un peu plus de sauce, une bonne quantité de fromage mozzarella et parmesan et faire cuire au four de 20 à 30 minutes à 425 degrés

5. Garnir avec des feuilles de basilic et déguster 😋💕
