Healthy Girl Morning Routine☀️

This is how I start every morning to feel grounded, energized, and ready to take on the day, inside and out.

Your morning sets the tone for your entire day, and fueling your body the right way makes all the difference. Hydration, protein, and mindful nourishment = my non-negotiables🤩☀️

Here’s my step-by-step morning ritual + why each one matters👇🏼

1️⃣ Hydration + Electrolytes + Probiotic

💧 Why: Your body wakes up dehydrated — water first thing helps rehydrate and wake up your system.

⚡️ Electrolytes support hydration, brain function, and energy.

🌿 I take my Seed probiotic right after to support gut health and nutrient absorption.

*Never caffeine on an empty stomach!*

2️⃣ Protein Shake

🥤 Why: Protein within 30 mins of waking helps balance blood sugar, fuel muscles, and boost focus.

💪🏼I blend protein powder, collagen, creatine, chia seeds, honey, and milk of choice.

💛 Keeps me full, supports hormone balance, and even helps lower cholesterol.

3️⃣ Bone Broth (Mid-Morning)

🍵 Why: If you’re not into heavy breakfasts, bone broth is perfect — full of protein, collagen, and minerals.

🔥 It supports your gut, joints, and skin while keeping you satisfied between meals.

💛 I love sipping it mid-morning for warmth and steady energy.

4️⃣ Ashwagandha

🌿 Why: My calm-in-a-capsule moment — it helps regulate cortisol, reduce stress, and support mental focus.
