Rich in collagen and glutamine, it helps repair the gut lining by sealing intestinal permeability and reducing inflammation. Drinking it warm with a touch of turmeric and sea salt not only enhanced the flavor but also amplified its healing properties. Equally important was focusing on gut-friendly supplements like L-glutamine powder and omega-3 rich foods, which helped reinforce my gut barrier. Including zinc-rich foods, such as pumpkin seeds and oysters, supported immune function and further aided repair. Mindful eating habits played a significant role too. I found that eating simple meals with no more than 3-4 ingredients, chewing thoroughly, and avoiding distractions like phones or TV while eating greatly improved my digestion. Also, sticking to regular meal times and drinking water between meals helped regulate my digestive enzymes, making digestion smoother. Around the third week, I gradually added fermented foods in small amounts to rebuild a healthy gut flora, which contributed to less bloating and better nutrient absorption. I also benefited from drinking moringa powder 10-15 minutes before meals daily—it’s packed with nutrients and antioxidants that support digestion and boost natural energy without causing crashes. By being patient and consistent with these steps over 21 days, I experienced noticeable decreases in bloating and inflammation along with increased energy levels and overall wellness. These practices can help you feel lighter, less sluggish, and more in tune with your body’s needs. Remember, healing your gut is a journey but with the right approach, it is absolutely achievable.
