Healthy whole foods grocery haul 🛒

Whole Foods is a good option for healthy and affordable groceries. There’a a wide selection of 365 products. To me the 365 products are as affordable as ALDI. In one grocery trip I can get affordable 365 basics but also special dairy free and gluten-free items.

Apart from my vegan gluten free diet that sounds restrictive I eat intuitively which is very important for hormone health. Making food from scratch and avoiding processed foods is important but for my mental health eating intuitively is just as important. If I’m feeling stressed and craving comfort food I allow myself to have boxed mac and cheese which is processed but ok because balance is key.

In general I aim to shop for:

- probiotic foods

- gluten free, dairy free

- unprocessed foods

- high protein ingredients

- a variety of legumes

This trip was a total of $115. This is about how much I spend a week on groceries as a food creator.
