Trader Joe’s grocery haul under $90
My go-to store for affordable dairy free and gluten free groceries is Trader Joe’s.
My favorites from this haul:
- super firm tofu
- gluten free almond tortillas
- rolled chili & lime flavored corn chips
- Health Ade kombucha
- steamed lentils
- Piquant popcorn
- fresh edamame
Hidden Gems:
- the 99 cent cards because there’s always a time later on I’ll need one, they are designed so well for the price!
- Health Ade kombuchas that are $1 more expensive at Whole Food’s.
- steamed lentils are already cooked so you can eat them raw or cooked. they don’t have a harsh bitter flavor like other lentils and pack 10 grams protein per serving.
- gluten free almond tortillas are flexible just like regular flour ones and taste great.
This large haul is a total of $82 so less than $90 which is a pretty good deal.
