Mom and dad couldn’t believe they had the opportunity to enjoy the @New York Mets Subway Series game at @citifield in a very special way. Alex, the owner of the New York Mets has been enjoying our channel and wanted to treat mom and dad, no strings attached. Although dad is new to American baseball, he was a HUGE baseball fan in Korea so this meant so much to him. Mom had a blast too as you can see. We’re so thankful for the fun day.
Attending a Major League Baseball game at Citi Field is an experience like no other, especially when it’s part of the thrilling Subway Series between the New York Mets and the New York Yankees. For our family, this day was incredibly special—not just because of the game, but because it brought together personal history and new memories in the heart of NYC. As someone raised in Korea where baseball enjoys passionate fans, seeing dad’s excitement as a big baseball aficionado finally experience an American baseball game was heartwarming. This event reminded me how sports can bridge cultures and generations. The shared excitement in the stadium, the iconic atmosphere of Citi Field, and the lively energy from Mets fans create an immersive experience that truly invites you into the game. For first-timers to American baseball, I recommend arriving early to explore the stadium, enjoy classic ballpark snacks, and soak in the rich baseball culture that NYC offers. The Subway Series makes the event even more electric, with a historic rivalry that brings out the best competitive spirit. Moreover, getting to witness the kindness of the Mets owner Alex, who graciously treated us to this unforgettable day with no strings attached, added a personal touch to the experience. It's moments like these that deepen appreciation for the sport and its community. If you ever find yourself in New York during the Subway Series, attending a Mets game at Citi Field is a must—whether you’re a seasoned fan or new to baseball, the excitement is contagious. This outing proved to be an incredible way to connect with American culture and share joyful moments with loved ones, fueling our love for the game and New York City itself.
