Our Self-Love Art Project of the week is a reminder that it’s ok to be kind to yourself when things get hard. We all are going through some difficulty or struggle right now and everyone deserves kindness when we are in this state. We sometimes forget to be kind to ourselves. What are some things that you need to remember that it’s ok to feel that way? ~
For example maybe it’s ok:
💛 To rest
💛 To say NO you can’t commit to something
💛 To not be ok
💛 To not know it all
💛 Be yourself
💛 Not know all the answers
💛 To ask for help
💛 To walk away from a negative situation
💛 To ditch bad association
Even if you don’t draw out this SeIf~Love Art Project, it’s good to reflect on this from time to time for our personal growth. In this tutorial I’m sharing some personal things I’ve been working on.
