สำหรับใครที่ยังลังเลว่าการสร้าง Web App ด้วย Google Apps Script จะซับซ้อนไหม ผมขอแชร์จากประสบการณ์จริงที่ได้ลองใช้งานแล้วพบว่ากระบวนการสร้างนั้นไม่ยากอย่างที่คิดเลยครับ การเชื่อม Google Sheets กับ Apps Script ช่วยให้เราไม่ต้องตั้งฐานข้อมูลที่ยุ่งยาก เพราะ Google Sheets ก็เหมือนฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ที่เข้าถึงได้ทุกที่แล้ว ยังรองรับการอัปเดตข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์อีกด้วย ที่สำคัญคือไม่ต้องจ้างโปรแกรมเมอร์หรือซื้อแพลตฟอร์มแพงๆ มาใช้ สามารถตั้งระบบเองได้ทันที สิ่งที่ผมชอบที่สุดคือความยืดหยุ่นของ Google Apps Script ที่ใช้ JavaScript มาตรฐานบนคลาวด์ ซึ่งเราสามารถสร้างหน้าเว็บด้วย HTML/CSS/JS ได้ตามใจชอบ จะออกแบบฟอร์มให้สวยงาม หรือทำ Dashboard แสดงผลแบบง่ายๆ ก็ทำได้หมด นอกจากนี้การดีพลอยลงบนเว็บก็แค่ไม่กี่คลิกเท่านั้น ทำให้สามารถแชร์ลิงก์ Web App ให้คนอื่นใช้งานได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องติดตั้งอะไรเพิ่มเติม ตัวอย่างที่ผมสร้างเองคือฟอร์มสมัครงานที่ทีมของผมใช้งานจริง คนกรอกข้อมูลผ่านเว็บ ข้อมูลก็จะถูกส่งเข้า Google Sheets อัตโนมัติ ง่ายและสะดวกมากสำหรับการเก็บข้อมูลและติดตามผลโดยไม่ต้องพิมพ์ซ้ำ ใครที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานเขียนโค้ด ก็ไม่เป็นปัญหาเลยครับ เพราะ Google Apps Script มีเอกสารสอนและตัวอย่างโค้ดมากมาย รวมถึงชุมชนออนไลน์ที่ช่วยตอบคำถามได้ดีมาก ผมแนะนำให้เริ่มทำแบบง่ายๆ เช่น สร้างฟอร์มเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า แล้วค่อยๆ ปรับปรุงเพิ่มฟีเจอร์ไปเรื่อยๆ รับรองว่าสร้างระบบ Web App ฟรีๆ ของตัวเองได้แน่นอน สุดท้ายนี้ ใครอยากได้คำแนะนำเพิ่มเติมหรือเรียนรู้สร้าง Web App แบบเจาะลึกในหัวข้ออื่นๆ ก็คอมเมนต์สอบถามได้เลยครับ ยินดีช่วยแชร์ประสบการณ์และสอนทำตามที่ต้องการ
