I don’t know about yall but the simple quotes always speak the loudest. As a girlie with anxiety, I’m often working to master my mind to talk myself down from the ledge. The thing about anxiety (different from a gut feeling or literal physical illness) is that it’s in the mind and once you’re able to register that and move accordingly, you can get your body to meet you in the middle. Quotes like this are a nice nudge in the right direction 😌
