Day 39 of 75 Hard:
Today, I had to get up and get my life
Because I refuse to let this foot hold me back any longer.
Yes, I’ve been modifying.
Yes, it’s been tough.
But today felt better.
And I made a choice:
To show up. For me.
I got my workout done.
Spent some quality time with my son while he played trainer.
Knocked out two YouTube videos and created content because I’m back in my bag.
And listen
I wasn’t feeling like her lately.
But today I said no more.
I threw on a cute outfit, did my makeup, and reminded myself of exactly who I am.
This journey isn’t just about physical discipline.
It’s about emotional strength.
About choosing to show up even when you don’t feel 100%.
Because sometimes, you don’t wait to feel like her…you do what she would do.

The 75 Hard Challenge is a rigorous mental and physical fitness program designed to build discipline, confidence, and resilience over 75 days. Day 39 marks a pivotal moment for many participants, as they face mid-challenge fatigue or setbacks such as injuries or lack of motivation. This day symbolizes a recommitment to personal goals despite obstacles. The theme 'Put Myself Together' highlights the importance of emotional strength alongside physical discipline. It reflects an approach that balances self-care, mindset shifts, and adaptability — such as modifying workouts to accommodate injuries or limitations — while maintaining overall commitment to progress. Key elements in successfully navigating this phase include: 1. **Mindset Shift:** Embracing the concept that showing up and doing what the stronger version of yourself would do is more important than feeling perfect. This aligns with the hashtag #BecomingHer, emphasizing personal transformation. 2. **Modified Still Motivated:** Acknowledging the need to adjust workouts and goals, due to factors like a foot injury, yet staying dedicated ensures continued momentum without risking further harm. 3. **Holistic Wealth Approach:** The OCR content references Sahil Bloom's framework of 5 Types of Wealth — Time, Social, Mental, Physical, and Financial. Applying this to the 75 Hard Challenge underlines the holistic growth participants experience, improving not only physical fitness but also mental fortitude and emotional well-being. 4. **Support Systems and Accountability:** Spending quality time with loved ones, such as engaging with children during workouts, doubles as motivation and stress relief. Creating content like YouTube videos can also bolster accountability and connect you with a like-minded community. This challenge encourages participants to redefine their relationship with discipline and self-care. It’s not solely about physical endurance but also about cultivating emotional resilience, confidence, and a mindset that pushes through discomfort without surrender. Understanding that struggles are part of the journey leads to sustainable success. Showing up consistently, even on tough days, builds transformational habits that transcend the program itself and empower a lifelong healthier, more confident self.
