People with silky, shiny and smooth hair. How?

I see so many people with hair as shiny as a diamond, any tips on how to do this? No matter what shampoo or conditioner I use my hair is always the exact same. They always look like they've walked out of a salon, is that really the only way to get super shiny hair?

Any techniques or products you'd recommend?

Opt for shampoos and conditioners that contain nourishing ingredients like argan oil, coconut oil, and keratin. These can help add moisture and shine. Additionally, consider incorporating a weekly deep conditioning treatment to deeply nourish your strands. Heat styling can also impact hair shine, so try to minimize the use of heat tools or use heat protectant sprays when styling. Regular trims can also assist in keeping your ends healthy and reducing split ends, contributing to an overall shinier appearance. Moreover, shallow rinsing with cool water can help seal the cuticle, making hair look more polished. For an extra shine boost, finish your routine with hair serums or oils designated for shine enhancement. Look for lightweight formulations that won’t weigh your hair down. Lastly, healthy hair comes from within, so ensure you’re hydrated and consuming a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals that promote hair health.

Looks like damage from breakage and or bleach, if you like to dye your hair n switch it up you’ll need to take super good care of your hair. Deep conditioners , hair masks, protein treatments etc.

dying your hair black doesn’t fix it, it just makes it darker and hides the damage!! find a tutorial on how to find your hair porosity and find products based on your hair type and needs. try out hot oil and bonding treatments, switch to silk pillow cases and microfiber towels, limit heat use, try oiling your ends 💕
