When I started focusing on my upper glutes with moves like banded squats and curtsy lunges, I noticed my shape becoming rounder and more lifted within a few weeks. The variety of exercises hitting the glute muscles from different angles helped avoid plateaus and kept motivation high. One thing I found helpful was using a resistance band to add intensity, especially with fire hydrants and frog pumps. These moves isolate the glute muscles and improve muscle definition and strength. It's also important to focus on form over speed—squeezing at the top of each movement really engages the right muscle fibers. Some days motivation wanes, but showing up regardless leads to the best results. Tracking your progress by taking weekly photos or noting reps and sets can keep you accountable and inspired. This workout blends strength and toning elements, which is ideal for anyone aiming for healthy weight gain with enhanced curves. Incorporating these exercises into your routine helped me build a stronger, rounded booty and improved my overall confidence. Remember, slow progress is progress—trust the process and stay consistent with your glute workouts to see lasting changes.
