First week of 75 soft challenge

I found this template on Etsy and got inspiration from Pinterest to start a 75 soft challenge. I am doing this challenge to help me better my lifestyle and grow closer to god. Though I started great during the beginning of the week it was really tough for me to continue this challenge into the weekend. I’m really hoping to stick to it in week 2.

Here are some of my rules.

1. One day without exercise

2. Instead of reading 10 pages of any book focus on reading the Bible and or prayer

3. Mark something with an X when it has not been completed to motivate future you!

4. Have fun, it’s ok if you don’t complete the full challenge with all filled in circles.

5. Give it your all!!
