Boursin Carmelized Onion Pasta

Ingredients:

1 box rigatoni pasta

1 large onion, sliced

Salt, to taste

Garlic, minced (or garlic paste)

Italian seasoning (Trader Joe’s Soffritto recommended)

Boursin Caramelized Onion Crumbles

1 ½ cups chicken stock

½ cup heavy cream

3 cups fresh spinach, chopped (not frozen)

Instructions:

Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and a pinch of salt. Sauté until the onion is soft and lightly caramelized.

Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

Add cheese and mix

Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in the heavy cream

Add the chopped spinach and cook until just wilted.

Toss in the cooked rigatoni and mix well to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.

Serve warm and enjoy!
