ผมได้มีโอกาสไปลองร้าน Mosby BKK มาแล้ว ต้องบอกเลยว่าประทับใจบรรยากาศและรสชาติอาหารมากจริงๆ ร้านตั้งอยู่ในซอยรัชดาภิเษก 36 ซึ่งค่อนข้างเงียบสงบ เหมาะสำหรับการนั่งพักผ่อนและเจอกับเพื่อนฝูงหรือนัดดินเนอร์กับแฟน บรรยากาศร้านไม่ใหญ่โต แต่การตกแต่งทันสมัยและให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นมาก เมนูที่ผมประทับใจมากคือ Roast Picanha เนื้อย่างมาพอดีสุดๆ นุ่มชุ่มฉ่ำ พร้อมซอสไวน์แดงที่ช่วยเสริมรสชาติอย่างลงตัว เครื่องเคียงคือมันบดและ Polenta ก็น่ากินมาก ส่วน Mentaiko Pasta นั้นรสชาติเข้มข้น มีความเค็มมันและเผ็ดนิดๆ ทำให้เกิดความบาลานซ์ที่น่าสนใจ นอกจากนี้ยังมี Chicken Parfait ที่เสิร์ฟมาในรูปทรงผลส้ม น่ารักและแปลกใหม่ ทานคู่กับขนมปังกรอบๆ เป็นการเริ่มต้นมื้อที่ดีจริงๆ ส่วนหอยเซลล์ Seared scallop crudo ก็หวานนุ่มมาก ทานเพลินสุดๆ และไส้กรอกหมู Pork banger กับน้ำซอสเกรวี่ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งจานที่ชอบมากๆ สำหรับสายสุขภาพก็มี Ceaser Salad ให้เลือกทานอีกด้วย ทำให้เมนูหลากหลาย เหมาะกับคนทุกประเภท โดยรวมแล้ว Mosby BKK เป็นร้านที่ผมอยากแนะนำสำหรับใครที่ชอบอาหารอิตาลีฟิวชั่นที่ผสมผสานอย่างลงตัว รสชาติอร่อย บรรยากาศดี และราคาน่ารัก เหมาะมากสำหรับโอกาสพิเศษหรือแค่อยากเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศมื้อเย็น การจองล่วงหน้านั้นสำคัญ เพราะที่นั่งค่อนข้างจำกัดและได้รับความนิยมสูง ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาร้านอาหารอิตาลีฟิวชั่นในกรุงเทพฯ ที่เน้นการบริการแบบ casual dining พร้อมบรรยากาศสงบและเมนูที่น่าลิ้มลอง Mosby BKK เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดจริงๆ
