สำหรับใครที่ชอบ Fish & Chips แบบมีสไตล์และอยากลองเมนูที่นำปลาทะเลไทยคุณภาพดีมาปรุงในรูปแบบยุโรปที่ทันสมัย ร้าน Fishmonger ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมาก เพราะที่นี่เค้าเลือกใช้ปลาทะเลสดจากเกาะลันตา ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งที่มีความยั่งยืนและรักษาคุณภาพอย่างเข้มงวด จุดเด่นอีกส่วนที่ผมประทับใจคือวิธีการปรุงด้วยเทคนิค ikejime ของญี่ปุ่น ช่วยให้เนื้อปลามีความสดใหม่และเนื้อสัมผัสนุ่มลิ้นมากกว่าปกติ ทำให้การทาน Fish & Chips ไม่เหมือนเจอแค่ของทอดธรรมดา แต่เป็นอาหารที่เต็มไปด้วยคุณภาพและสัมผัสที่น่าจดจำ นอกจากเมนู Fish & Chips แล้ว ผมยังลองสปาเกตตี้ที่ทางร้านนำเสนอ ซึ่งมีเส้นให้เลือกหลากหลาย และซอสที่เข้มข้นกลมกล่อม แม้จะเปลี่ยนซอสก็สามารถจับคู่ได้กับเส้นแบบต่าง ๆ อย่างลงตัว ตัวเลือกทำให้มื้ออาหารน่าสนุกและไม่จำเจ เมนูเสริมอื่น ๆ อย่างคาลามารี กุ้งทอด และบูราต้าชีส ก็ได้รับการเตรียมมาอย่างดี ไม่ได้เป็นแค่ของทานเล่นแต่ยังเต็มไปด้วยรสชาติที่สมบูรณ์แบบ ถือเป็นร้านที่เหมาะกับพาเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวมาลิ้มลอง และสำหรับผมเองก็คิดว่าจะกลับไปซ้ำอีกหลายรอบแน่นอน ที่สำคัญ ร้านตั้งอยู่ที่โรงแรมเอเชีย เดินทางสะดวกมาก เพียงลง BTS ราชเทวี และยังมีที่จอดรถสะดวกสำหรับคนขับรถอีกด้วย ช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในการมาเยือนมากขึ้น ถ้าใครกำลังมองหาร้าน Fish & Chips เปิดใหม่ที่ผสมผสานความเป็นไทยและความสดของวัตถุดิบในแบบ sustainable local seafood ไม่ควรพลาด Fishmonger ที่นี่จะทำให้คุณได้ลิ้มรสประสบการณ์อาหารทะเลแบบใหม่ที่ถูกใจอย่างแน่นอน
