การได้ลิ้มรสอาหารญี่ปุ่นแท้ ๆ ในบรรยากาศโฮมมี่นั้นคือประสบการณ์ที่หาไม่ได้ง่าย ๆ HYOTAN KAPPO ถือเป็นสถานที่หนึ่งที่ตอบโจทย์นี้ได้ดีมาก ๆ จากการที่ได้ลองไปทานมา ผมรู้สึกว่าความเอาใจใส่ในแต่ละจานนั้นทำให้ร้านนี้โดดเด่นอย่างมาก เช่น ปลาซาบะดองเกลือ ที่หนังย่างจนหอมกรอบ เนื้อแน่น และเค็มแบบพอดีที่ช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติโดยไม่กลบรสปลา เต้าหู้โฮมเมดก็เป็นอีกเมนูที่เรียบง่ายแต่สัมผัสในเนื้อสัมผัสที่เนียนนุ่มนั้นแทบจะละลายในปาก มีเสน่ห์มากกว่าการสั่งเต้าหู้ทั่วไปทั่วไปตามร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นอื่น ๆ อีกเมนูที่ต้องไม่พลาดคือปลาหมึกสด คลุกเคล้ากับเมนไทโกะที่รสหวานธรรมชาติของปลาหมึกเข้ากันได้ลงตัว เพิ่มรสชาติความนัวให้กับเมนูนี้อย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ สุดท้ายคือหมี่เย็นเส้นโฮมเมดที่เหนียวนุ่ม เสิร์ฟพร้อมน้ำซุปสีขาวรสกลมกล่อม สดชื่นและช่วยให้รู้สึกสบายท้องหลังจากมื้ออาหารหนัก ๆ บรรยากาศร้านที่ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนนั่งอยู่ในบ้านญี่ปุ่น ทำให้ประสบการณ์โดยรวมพิเศษยิ่งขึ้น ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องอาหารเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมไปถึงการบริการที่เป็นมิตรและอบอุ่น สำหรับคนที่ชอบกินอาหารญี่ปุ่นแบบไม่หวือหวาแต่ลึกซึ้งในรสชาติและคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ HYOTAN KAPPO คือหนึ่งในร้านที่ควรลองไปชิมดูสักครั้ง แน่นอนว่าผมเองก็จะกลับไปอีกแน่นอน พร้อมกับเมนูใหม่ๆ ที่ยังไม่เคยลองทุกรอบที่แวะไปครับ
