Steamed hot and soft. The sauce is very mellow. Salty and sweet is good. With cucumber, onion and red pepper is the best! Duck meat can be continued for another 2 menus as well. And the menu that we imprinted is fried teazzi duck. It tastes round and round. It is very good to eat with rice.

ถ้าพูดถึงร้านอาหารจีนที่ไม่ได้เน้นปรุงรสจัดจนเกินไป แต่ยังคงรสชาติดั้งเดิมแบบเข้มข้นและละมุนจริงๆ ร้านอย่างจอหงวนภัตตาคารถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจทีเดียวครับ ครั้งแรกที่ได้ลองเป็ดปักกิ่งของที่นี่ ผมสัมผัสได้เลยว่าแป้งห่อได้บางกำลังดี นุ่มนวล และเป็ดกรอบแต่ไม่มันจนเลี่ยน ซึ่งต่างจากที่เคยลองในหลายๆ ร้านที่มักจะหนักไปทางน้ำมันหรือชูรสจัดเกินไป ซอสเป็ดก็ลงตัว เค็มหวานพอดี ไม่กลบกลิ่นเป็ดชิ้นเนื้อคุณภาพสูง ถือว่าคนที่ทำอาหารอยู่เบื้องหลังมีฝีมือและเข้าใจความเป็นอาหารจีนแท้จริงๆ นอกจากเป็ดปักกิ่ง เมนูอื่นๆ อย่างกุ้งผัดพริกเกลือก็โดดเด่นมากครับ กุ้งสดตัวใหญ่ ผัดกับพริกและกระเทียมมาแบบกลิ่นหอมสะท้านจมูก รสชาตินัวๆ เค็มๆ แบบเป็นธรรมชาติไม่ต้องพึ่งผงชูรส ทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าเป็นอาหารที่มีคุณภาพคุ้มราคาอย่างยิ่ง ความน่าสนใจอีกอย่างคือเมนูลิ้นเป็ดน้ำแดงที่ทำยากและหาได้ค่อนข้างน้อยในกรุงเทพฯ แต่ที่นี่ตุ๋นจนเปื่อยกับถั่วลิสงจนหอมมัน ผมที่ชอบเนื้อสัมผัสหนึบๆ กับความกรุบกรอบของลิ้นเป็ด รู้สึกฟินทุกครั้งที่คำนี้มาเสิร์ฟจริงๆ การบริการก็ดีเลยครับ เจ้าของร้านมืออาชีพจะคอยอธิบายเมนูต่างๆ ให้ความใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียด รวมถึงร้านก็สะอาด น่านั่ง เหมาะกับการพาครอบครัวหรือผู้ใหญ่ไปทานด้วยกันโดยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องบรรยากาศหรือการบริการ ถ้าใครชื่นชอบอาหารจีนรสชาติแบบไม่จัดจ้านเว่อร์ ชอบความกลมกล่อมแบบคลาสสิกแท้ๆ และต้องการร้านที่ไว้ใจได้เรื่องวัตถุดิบสดสะอาด จอหงวนภัตตาคารที่พระราม 3 เป็นร้านที่ต้องไปลองด้วยตัวเองเลยครับ รับรองติดใจเหมือนผมแน่นอน!
