Great Deku Tree 2 in 1 Lego set: Ocarina of Time

They're not particularly threatening, but they add so much character to the early game. They act as a sort of training enemy, teaching you basic combat mechanics like using your shield. Encountering them always brings a smile to my face, reminding me of Link's first adventures as a child. When I was assembling the different sections of the Great Deku Tree LEGO bricks, I couldn't help but imagine a tiny Deku Scrub hiding among the roots or popping out from behind a leaf. Even though this specific LEGO set might not include a dedicated Deku Scrub minifigure, their presence is so intrinsically linked to the Great Deku Tree and the overall magic of Ocarina of Time. The ELD LEGO build truly captures the essence of that world.
