14km Brighton Beach Run

Out for a 14km run along Brighton Beach this morning in 5°C temperature. Not sure how much longer the short shorts will last on these temperatures haha! Was lovely to be out in the sunshine though ❤️

Brighton 10k - done ✅
Well I made it with just 2 mins to spare before the race started and that might have been good because the pressure resulted in an official chip time of 1:11:38. That’s the fastest I’ve run 10km since my collarbone accident 2 years ago and only 8 mins off my best ever time. I may not ever ge

13km wet run 💦
Some stills from today’s very wet 13km wet run on the South Downs near #brighton Was great to get out and see some grass, sheep and cows but I got drenched from head to toe! Good practice in case it’s bad weather for the real marathons but I’m not sure how long the shorts will last as Winter
