Brighton 10k - done ✅

Well I made it with just 2 mins to spare before the race started and that might have been good because the pressure resulted in an official chip time of 1:11:38.

That’s the fastest I’ve run 10km since my collarbone accident 2 years ago and only 8 mins off my best ever time.

I may not ever get to run a sub 60m 10km, or a sub 5h marathon post accident, as I approach my 43rd year, and that’s OK. It won’t stop me trying though 💪

And it wasn’t all bad, I did some PB segments and had enough to do a final 100m sprint finish 😜😂
