Last Day of 42

Morning!

The last day of 42. This one has hit me and not sure why. I actually feel proper middle aged now. But also as if I’m still 23 and wondering how I’m middle aged. I know that it’s two more years till my age group demographic goes up a notch but still….

Ah well best get up and start the day! I’ve made some changes to this week’s training plan so I can do weights today now and go for a 10km run on my birthday!
