The Flooring Mistake That Somehow Worked Perfectly

I was halfway through installing our maple hardwood flooring when I realized I had completely forgotten about the crawlspace hatch. I was convinced I’d covered it up by mistake. When I pulled everything back to check, the flooring lined up almost perfectly with the hatch opening. One of those renovation moments where you just stand there staring because you can’t believe it worked out that well!
