This book SAVED me
When I was pregnant with my first, I read ALL the articles, kept up with every milestone expectation, and wanted to be fully prepared. Well when I had her, all of that info exited my brain and everything just turned into anxiety. And APPARENTLY… every baby is different?!
Research was just turning into information overload. I didn’t have time to read wordy blogs. Couldn’t someone just give me facts?!
This book was a lifesaver.
The charts are so easy to read and it’s simple to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Now I have my 2nd baby and I have 0 time to read mommy blogs (no offense to some of you 🙈) and wouldn’t you know, she wiped my brain clean at birth too?! No but for real, how quickly you forget!
Also in making this post this book has stuff I didn’t even realize! Gonna be checking out “staying sane” asap! 🧠

As a parent, especially for first-time mothers (FTMs) and second-time mothers (STMs), finding the right resources can be overwhelming. Many parents turn to multiple articles and blogs, but this can lead to information overload. When dealing with the uncertainties of raising a child, having a concise and reliable guide is essential. The recommended book offers straightforward information on a variety of subjects, including baby care, feeding milestones, and safety tips. The clear organization allows readers to quickly find what they need amidst the chaos of new parenthood. The sections on baby care and feeding essentials touch on topics like when to introduce solids, diaper changes, and health-related issues. These insights can greatly benefit parents looking to maintain their sanity while caring for their newborn. Moreover, the book includes practical items for your diaper bag and advice on how to support new parents. One significant section, 'Staying Sane,' provides tips on managing the new responsibilities and stress that comes with parenting. This holistic approach makes the guide not just informative but also a vital tool for emotional well-being during such a transformative time in life. If you're a new parent seeking guidance, this book could be the resource you didn't know you needed.
