Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients:

• 3 ripe bananas

• 1/3 c. melted butter (if you use salted, don't add additional salt)

• 1/2 c. granulated sugar

• 1/4 c. brown sugar

• 1 large egg (beaten)

• 1 tsp. baking soda

• 1 tsp. baking powder

• 1/8 tsp. salt

• 1/2 c. all purpose flour

OPTIONAL:

Walnuts

Chocolate chips

^ measure with your heart

Add the bananas to your stand mixer bowl and mix until they are mashed. If you choose to leave some big pieces, that's totally okay.

Once the bananas are mashed, add the sugars, butter and egg. Mix well.

Add your dry ingredients. Let the stand mixer do its thing until well combined.

If you choose to add additional ingredients, such as walnuts or chocolate chips, add them and mix one more time.

Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remember - every oven is different so times may vary.
