Easy Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups flour, 3 bananas, 1 cup sugar ( I don’t like white sugar so I use brown sugar or stevia) 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda ( optional walnuts, nutmeg, chocolate chips or anything you like)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Beat egg/mayo/bananas until light and fluffy

3. In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients then add slowly into wet

4. Once mixed pour into greased baking dish ( I prefer mini loaf pans)

5. Bake approximately 50-60min
