... Read moreHaving gone through the intense experience of raising three kids, I can say that the journey through the first year postpartum is both challenging and transformative. What I've realized is that prioritizing yourself is not selfish—it’s essential for your well-being and your family’s happiness. One important aspect I focused on was skincare. With the busy schedule of mom life, it's easy to let personal care slide, but even simple routines like cleansing and moisturizing every day can make a significant difference in how you feel about yourself. I also found Nutrafol supplements helpful in addressing postpartum hair thinning, which is a common concern. Another big lesson was balancing self-care with family time. Sometimes, just a few minutes of mindfulness or a calm walk can recharge your energy. It’s about small, consistent acts rather than grand gestures. Also, involving your partner in this journey, like sharing responsibilities, can reduce overwhelm. Social media scrolling can sometimes feel like a comparison trap, but I remind myself that every mom’s experience is unique. Embracing the imperfect and focusing on what makes you feel better really helps. Ultimately, feeling like yourself again doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a gradual process of re-discovery, setting boundaries, and nurturing your physical and emotional health while navigating motherhood. Sharing these insights, I hope other moms don’t have to wait until their third child to understand the importance of self-care post-baby.

Stop Over Sharing & Embarrassing Yourself
Hey everyone, Let's talk about a topic that's been on my mind lately: oversharing. It's easy to get caught up in the moment and spill every detail of our lives, but trust me, it's not doing us any favors. Here's why you should hit the brakes on oversharing: 1. It's

my unpopular opinion on location sharing
you don’t need to have your partners location … Yes it can be helpful and is good for safety but if you’re worried about trust, it’s not the best way to build it in every situation. My partner and I decided we wanted to build trust with each other by not sharing our location. Were things perf

Is it worth oversharing just to keep a convo going
I always called myself an open book. If anyone wanted to know anything about me with opinions, traumas, messy experiences I’d spill it. Usually right away, even to strangers. But I’m an introvert, and conversations drain me fast. More often than not, I’d overshare just to fill the awkward silences,
