Ingredients:

5 New Mexico chiles

8 chile puya

10 chile de árbol

1 cup water

¼ white onion

2 garlic cloves

2 whole cloves

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp salt (or to taste)

½ tbsp Mexican oregano

1 tbsp Maggi

Instructions:

1. Add all chiles to simmering water

and cook for 10 minutes

2. Transfer to a blender with water, onion,

garlic, cloves, vinegar, salt, and oregano

3. Blend on HIGH for 2 full minutes

4. Finish with Maggi and stir to combine
