If you've never been to the Jackson Heights Momo
Crawl, this is your sign. It's happening again soon and trust me-it's chaotic, delicious, and so much fun.
Last time I went, late 10+ momos from Nepali, Tibetan, and Bhutanese spots all over the neighborhood. You get a
"passport" with a map of participating restaurants, and each stop gives you a different take on the momo (steamed, fried, spicy, cheesy-you name it). Then you get to vote on your fave!
Tips if you go:
- Get there early, the lines grow fast
- Wear comfy shoes-you'll be walking a lot
- Bring cash for extra snacks along the way
