If compared to the popular Automation pay plan Make.com, Zapier is considered still cheaper.

Even if it's n8n cloud service, it's about 800 baht / month (20 euro).
What do you have to pay?
Long-term savings, but there's also a price to pay.
[1] The self-host server must be installed.
[2] Must back-up the data in case the server has a problem.
Both of these things really let AI teach can do it. Learn, experiment (+ note), do personal use, not much impact. There is a problem to solve.
The benefit is much more.
[1] There is no limit to how many times we will run (if our server is 555 +, but personal use is comfortable)
[2] Open an account for a friend to utilze server. We got (Share expenses)
[3] You can also have your own website to buy and make our portfolio or content.
But it takes time for people who are not basic to try to weigh in. Personal automation is worth learning. We can reduce the routine workload, do not rush to scale up the business itself.

หลายคนถามว่า “n8n ราคาเท่าไหร่” หรือ “n8n ฟรีไหม” สรุปแบบที่เราเจอจากการลองใช้งานจริงคือ n8n ตัวซอฟต์แวร์เป็น open-source ใช้ได้ “ฟรี” ถ้าเราเลือกติดตั้งแบบ self-host (โฮสต์เอง) แต่ค่าใช้จ่ายจะไปอยู่ที่ “ค่าเซิร์ฟเวอร์/คลาวด์ + โดเมน + ค่าเครื่องมือเสริม” แทน ส่วน “n8n Cloud ราคา” คือจ่ายรายเดือนให้เขาโฮสต์ให้ทุกอย่าง สะดวกกว่า แต่ราคาโดยรวมมักสูงกว่าการโฮสต์เองถ้าใช้ส่วนตัว ถ้าคุณกำลังชั่งใจระหว่าง n8n Cloud vs self-host ลองคิดจาก 3 อย่างนี้ก่อน 1) ปริมาณงานที่รัน (workflow runs) ของเราใช้ส่วนตัว รัน workflow ประมาณร้อยครั้ง/เดือน บิล Google Cloud ออกมาคาดการณ์ราว 108 บาท ซึ่งถือว่าประหยัดมากเมื่อเทียบกับการจ่ายแพลนรายเดือนของบริการออโตเมชันเจ้าอื่น ข้อดีของ self-host คือไม่มี “โควตาจำนวนรัน” แบบแพลนสำเร็จรูป (แต่ก็ขึ้นกับสเปกเครื่องและการตั้งค่า) 2) ค่าใช้จ่ายที่มักถูกมองข้าม ถึงตัว n8n จะฟรี แต่ self-host มีค่าใช้จ่ายแฝงที่ควรวางแผนไว้ เช่น - ค่าโดเมน (domain) ถ้าอยากให้เข้าใช้งานง่าย เช่น yourname.com - ค่า site plan/โฮสติ้งเว็บ (ถ้าคุณทำเว็บพอร์ตหรือบล็อกไปด้วย) - ค่า storage/backup (อย่างน้อยควรมีที่เก็บ backup แยก) รวม ๆ แล้วของเราตีกลม ๆ เฉลี่ยอยู่แถว 250 บาท/เดือนเมื่อเฉลี่ยค่าราย 2 ปีเข้ามาด้วย 3) “ความสะดวก” vs “การดูแลระบบ” n8n Cloud เหมาะกับคนที่อยากจ่ายแล้วจบ ไม่อยากยุ่งเรื่องอัปเดต/ความปลอดภัย/สำรองข้อมูล แต่ถ้า self-host ต้องยอมแลกเวลาตั้งค่า เช่น - ติดตั้งเซิร์ฟเวอร์และตั้งค่า HTTPS (แนะนำให้เริ่มจาก docker) - ตั้งระบบ backup เช่น backup ฐานข้อมูล/โฟลเดอร์ config เป็นรายสัปดาห์ - วางแผนการอัปเดต n8n (อัปเดตแล้วควรทดสอบ workflow สำคัญ) ทริคที่ช่วยให้ค่าใช้จ่ายไม่บาน (จากประสบการณ์เรา) - เริ่มจากเครื่องสเปกเล็กสุดก่อน แล้วค่อยขยับเมื่อ workflow หนักขึ้น - ลดการรันถี่ ๆ ของ Schedule Trigger ถ้าไม่จำเป็น (เช่นจากทุก 1 นาที เป็นทุก 15 นาที) - แยก workflow ใหญ่เป็นส่วนย่อย แล้วใช้ Execute Workflow ช่วยให้ดูแลง่าย - ถ้ามีการดึงข้อมูลเยอะ (เช่นพวก Zoom records) ลองแคชผลลัพธ์/เก็บลงฐานข้อมูล เพื่อลดการเรียกซ้ำ สรุป: ถ้าถามว่า “ราคา n8n” สำหรับสายประหยัดที่พร้อมดูแลเอง การ self-host บน Google Cloud สามารถทำให้ค่าใช้จ่ายต่อเดือนต่ำมาก และยังได้ความยืดหยุ่นเต็ม ๆ แต่ถ้าต้องการความสะดวกแบบไม่ต้องดูแลระบบ n8n Cloud ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่ง่ายกว่า แค่ต้องยอมรับค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนที่สูงขึ้น
