I work a Mon-Fri job so my weekends are where I get a lot of errands & shopping done.

When you know you’re going to be busy and on the go the BEST thing you can do for yourself is PLAN AHEAD. & if you can’t meal prep your food for the day. Stop at a place where you can still get a fresh/healthier meal that has the calories counted for you.

Obviously stopping in a drive thru is the quickest and easiest. But I am doing no FAST food while on my #75hardchallenge

examples are grocery stores that have freshly made things ex: salads, sandwiches, sushi, wraps, fruit. Or even a smoothie or protein drink.

Also I promised my girly a movie night before I started my challenge. So that means adjusting the snacks I’d normally eat. & STAYING in my calorie deficit.

Yesss Queen!!!! I weigh 222 and have a calorie deficit set at 2000 and I’m still losing weight! I find myself planning ahead a lot but I like it lol. I had to get rid of the mindset that losing weight was hard because it’s not too bad :)
