And it tasted DELISH! My measurements below. ⬇️ 100g starter 325g warm, filtered water Stir until frothy! 15g salt 500g bread flour. Mix until shaggy, let sit for an hour (covered)! 3 sets of stretch and folds, 30 minutes in between each one. After the final set, let rest on the counter
