This espresso chocolate chip sourdough loaf has Deff made its way into my regular baking rotation 🤤 ➡️ 150 g active sourdough starter (100% hydration, at peak) ➡️ 275 g water ➡️ 50 g freshly brewed espresso, cooled ➡️ 500 g bread flour ➡️ 10 g fine sea salt ➡️ 25 g brown sugar ➡️ 1 tsp van
