…and when you’re done pitting them don’t toss out the empty half shells right away. Stick your elbow, knee, or the ball of your heel in the shell and in a twisting motion rub the shell on your skin for about 30 seconds. Rinse the residual avocado off with warm water. Pat skin dry. It’s unbelievable how soft and smooth your skin will feel.
