Is unwitting depression.😢

Well, we are in college and have to be with roommate is our best friend that he is depressed and we are looking after friends whose friends often get aggravated because they do not want to take drugs and also have a Toxic boyfriend. Many times when friends quarrel with their girlfriend, we have to be an intermediary for him, which is sometimes so intense that we do not want to know. We accept a lot of Toxic until suddenly our world gets darker, starts to feel worthless, starts to feel like we do not want to wake up again, starts to think of ourselves as someone else's burden, may not be better. We start not concentrating until we ask the teacher that we were born. What happened, why our grades were deteriorating, made us feel that there was something strange, so we went to the fortune teller.

Turns out we were depressed and given pills that day, we moved out of the dormitory to be alone, and now it's a little better, but it's not healed.

Would like to ask everyone's advice on how to do it, we can get well 🥺
