Must haves vs. Regrets??
Getting ready to start building a new house. What are your must haves and regrets from your home? For instance, I like the idea of the tub inside the shower area because I always have to shower off after a bath (gotta rinse off the dirty bath water!) but does the outside of the tub get water spots all over it that make it constantly look dirty? Looking for feedback from people who know!!! 😁

Also place your hot water tank thoughtfully based on the size of your home & bathroom locations. I grew up in a large home (5k sq ft) and the hot water tank was on one side. The bathrooms on that side had basically limitless hot water. Bathrooms on the other side not so much.
