Day 1 Launch...

Something exciting is coming... 🪂

I am day 3 post-op...I had pesky parathyroid adenomas removed after developing multiple chronic illnesses and living through acute and chronic symptoms for the past 3 years.

I was diagnosed with Primary Hyperthyroidism Disease (a disease of severely high calcium and PTH (Parathyroid Hormone) by Endocrinologist on April 15, 2024 and waited over 421 days for surgery.

Mission Parathyroid completed...next chapter is recovery and to successfully reach these goals :

🏅regain my strength 🏅improve my mobility,

🏅increase lean muscle mass

🏅regain some control over my multiple chronic illnesses

🏅 continue to work on mental health coping strategies

🏅 BE KIND TO MY MIND

🏅 Practice self-care daily

🏅 Fuel my body with healthy choices

I do realize this will be a slow climb🪜, my transformation back towards health and wellness, yet I am confident that I will reach my goals.

So...I am working on something that’s going to change the game for my health and day to day wellness—and it's time to share...🤗
