3 Idaho Potatoes (Wedged)…I accidentally bought jumbo Potatoes so that’s what I used 🤦🏾‍♂️

2 Cup of Flour

Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Oregano, Tumeric, and Black Pepper

1 and 3/4th Cups of WATER

Boil Potatoes for about 6 to 7 minutes

The goal is for them to be FORK TENDER.

Drain and Cool them then place in the wet batter Transfer them onto parchment paper and then freeze for at least an hour. Fry on 375 for 10 minutes the goal is for them to be golden brown Last but not least toss them in salt and tony’s chachere’s
